This term P5/6 have been given the opportunity to develop their outdoor learning skills taking part in Forest School with Miss Guthrie. Recently they have been working together to make bug hotel. They have fone a great job!
P5/6 have been doing lots of outdoor learning with Miss Guthrie and have been investigating the different species of birds that visit our school grounds. They have made a large display to share the data they collect with the rest of the school.
It was the final week for this group's construction block. The younger children have been great, remembering what we learned in previous weeks and building stable constructions.
As part of our learning about measurement the children worked in teams to take various measurements then create life size skeletons. It was more difficult than anticipated but great fun!
